I have received some messages from some English readers of my blog, so I will do my best in this wonderful language. If some mistake, in advanced, please apologize.
This Thursday, again, we get a meeting in our reading club of Objectivist Philosophy of Ayn Rand, we started the book “Capitalism: The Unknown Ideal”, our first readings were about the Chapter one: ¿What is the Capitalism? And the appendix: “The man’s rights” and “The nature of government” –these appendix chapters are part of the book: “The virtue of selfishness” –Book already read by the attendants-
The attendants were about eighteen, a lot of discussions, went deeply in concepts about Capitalism, Marx, freedom, individualism, the current crisis in the world the causes, the altruism, the mysticism, and between had the chance to get fun. Luciano and folks came in and participated furiously expressing very conceptual opinions, these young guys are in politics and psychology in the under grade program of the UFM –Francisco Marroquin University of Guatemala city- , almost finishing theirs careers, but let me say they are very impressive young. Beside we missed some attendants. Some pictures to share.
